государственный заказ
Сокращенно, госзаказ — заказ на поставку товаров, выполнение работ, оказание услуг за счет средств федерального бюджета, бюджетов субъектов Российской Федерации, местных (муниципальных) бюджетов и внебюджетных источников финансирования. На его основе производятся государственные закупки в целях выполнения государственных заданий, целевых программ и.т. п. – как правило, на конкурсной основе, с возрастающей ролью информирования общества о заказах через Интернет. Исполнителем госзаказа может быть любое юридическое лицо независимо от организационно-правовой формы, формы собственности (см. Формы собственности в России), места нахождения и места происхождения капитала, или любое физическое лицо, в том числе индивидуальный предприниматель (см. Индивидуальное предприятие).
